Carved by the River LLC provides restorative wellness services, including but not limited to bodywork, wellness sessions, and related holistic treatments.

  • Intake Requirements: You may be required to fill out a health intake form prior to your session. Failure to disclose accurate health information may result in the refusal or cancellation of service.

3. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Appointments must be booked through our online platform powered by Acuity Scheduling.

  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is not finalized until you receive a confirmation email from Acuity Scheduling.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: We require at least 72 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Late Changes: Rescheduling or canceling less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled time will result in a late rescheduling/cancellation fee.

    • Availability: Rescheduling is subject to availability and is handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Late Policy: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, your appointment will be considered a "fail to show up." In this event, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be charged the full service price.

  • Refunds: Services and packages are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by Carved by the River LLC on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Terms

All payments for sessions, classes, and packages are processed securely through Square.

  • By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processor (Square) to charge the designated amount for the selected services.

  • We do not store your full credit card information on our servers; all payment data is handled in accordance with Square's privacy and security standards.

5. User Conduct and Account Security

When using our website or booking services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when booking through Acuity.

  • Use the website only for lawful purposes related to our services.

  • Refrain from attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the website, Squarespace, or integrated platforms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and digital downloads, is the property of Carved by the River LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
